Abstract
Objective of the study. On March 22, 2024, the All-Russian scientific and practical conference “Social partnership and social rights of citizens in the constitutional space of modern Russia” was held (in memory of the retired Chairman of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, Doctor of Law M. V. Baglai). The purpose of the conference was the need to discuss in the professional expert community the development of constitutional and legal support for social and economic rights of man and citizen, mechanisms for their protection and guarantee, improvement of social, economic, legal, working conditions in the context of solving the problems of economic modernization and increasing labor productivity in all spheres of social production and management, further development of social dialogue in the field of social and labor relations, taking into account the characteristics of the modern socio-economic situation. This article reveals the main current ideas of social partnership in modern Russia.
The methodological basis of the study is historical, cultural and sociological, combined with critical analysis and comparison.
Results of the study. The study of guarantees for the implementation of socio-economic rights is of great scientific and applied importance. This article illustrates the development of ideas about social partnership in Russia over forty years, their transformation and the effectiveness of their application.
Research рerspectives. The topic of the social welfare state, forms and methods of achieving equality and justice has great potential for further research, based on the emerging economic, political, social transformations and their scientific understanding.
