Abstract
Objective of the study. Based on formal and informal regulations, conduct a comparative analysis of institutional conditions, consider their impact on the functioning of the institution of children's tourism in the context of various socio-economic eras.
The methodological basis of the research is formed by the conceptual provisions of the neo-institutional theory of D. North.
Results of the study. The article presents a comparative characteristic of various institutional conditions for the functioning of the institute of children's tourism, in particular the period of the USSR and the present. The features of the conditions of the institute's stay are considered both from the form and from the content, the positive and negative aspects of their flow are identified. It is noted that the interaction of formal and informal regulations has a complex and specific nature. Therefore, if these factors are not taken into account in modern conditions, it is very problematic to form optimal conditions and sustainable mechanisms for regulating the institute of children's tourism. The role of ideology is shown in the article as a determining strategic factor.
Prospects of the study. The conducted research is carried out as a support aimed at the comprehensive development of the institute of children's tourism in the Russian Federation, in particular, the development of special measures for the purpose of further institutional regulation.
