Abstract
Objective of the study. This article is devoted to the historical-cultural and socio-philosophical analysis of the problematic discourse of the concepts of “labor” and “Russian cultural labor code” in the conditions of modern Russian reality in the context of the fundamental changes that our country and the entire world community are currently undergoing.
The methodological basis of the research. Within the framework of socio-philosophical analysis, the most important cultural and existential problems of modern Russian society are shown. Thanks to an extensive socio-cultural discourse, the main stages of the transformation of understanding and the attitude of man to the basic existential elements of his being in a crisis situation are analyzed. The article uses the methods of comparative studies, hermeneutic analysis of philosophical texts, modeling, and traces historical and philosophical parallels linking thinkers of previous eras and modern human culture.
Results of the study. The reception of key methodological and theoretical approaches to defining the concept of “labor culture” was carried out through the prism of historical and modern national cultural characteristics of Russian self-awareness. The main characteristics of the cultural labor code of Russia are highlighted: moral fortitude, the ability to realize the impossible, talent, spirituality.
Prospects of the study. This study is useful in that its results can be used in developing a strategic line and tactical tasks in the formation of the domestic policy of the Russian state in a set of measures to implement the Decree of the President on the national development goals of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2030 and for the perspective up to 2036.
