Abstract

Objective of the study is to analyze the processes of spiritual and ideological differentiation among the artistic and creative intelligentsia in the context of geopolitical, information and cultural expansion of the collective West against Russia. ·         The methodological basis of the study includes a socio-cultural analysis of the spiritual characteristics, social and creative activities of the artistic and creative intelligentsia as a subject of socio-cultural development of a society and socio-political changes in terms of increasing geopolitical tension. The authors analyze sociological data, expert opinions about what is happening in the creative environment. It reveals the attitude of this people to a Special military operation and changes in literary and artistic processes in recent times.   The results of the study. The article examines the evolution of the artistic and creative intelligentsia as one of the most important subjects of socio-cultural transformations of Russian society in terms of a sharp aggravation of geopolitical tension and a hybrid war against Russia. The ideological differentiation of this socio-professional group and its possible consequences for the socio-cultural development of Russia are shown. Prospects of the study are extremely relevant due to political and scientific significance of sociological studies of the state and trends in the development of consciousness and behavior of the artistic and creative intelligentsia as a socio-professional group of Russian society. It plays an increasingly important role in the socio-cultural development of the country and determines the prospects of Russian civilization in modern geopolitical conditions.
