Abstract
Objective of the study is to reveal the essence of rational ergodesign and to shape the concept of ergodesigner rationality, which combines various philosophical approaches to the design of the society environment. Objective and value-affective rationality are considered as important categories that determine the nature and goals of ergodesign.
The methodological basis of the study is an interdisciplinary approach, including philosophical categories of rationality, as well as systemic and environmental approaches in ergodesign. The article analyzes the stages of the formation of technogenic rationality, which determines the nature of industrial and post-industrial societies. Special attention is paid to its contradictory influence on the modern socio-natural system. In the modern socio-natural system man-made processes enhance environmental and social imbalance, breaking traditional human ties with the natural environment. The article proposes a socio-philosophical understanding of these changes through the prism of ergodesigner rationality, focused on the synthesis of technogenic and humanistic principles.
The results of the study. As a result of the research, the need to rethink modern technogenic rationality and supplement it with humanistic and value-oriented approaches has been revealed. The article proves that modern design-engineering should be based on philosophical principles that focus not only on the efficiency and functionality, but also on the socio-cultural and environmental significance of the created life environments. It is shown that rational ergodesign can become a tool for the shaping of a new type of interaction between man, the technosphere and the biosphere, contributing to the harmonization of the sociotechnological-natural system and mitigating the consequences of man-made changes.
Prospects of the study. Understanding the ergodesigner rationality is an important step towards the formation of the concept of biosphere-oriented ergodesign.
