Abstract

Objective of the study is to study the state and problems of the system of reproduction of scientific and pedagogical personnel in a modern Russian university. The methodological basis of the study is represented by the philosophical, sociological and general scientific concepts of leading scientists of philosophy and sociology, reference books and materials from the official websites of the Government of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of General and Professional Education of the Rostov Region, sociological research data to study the process of reproduction of highly qualified scientific and pedagogical personnel in the university.   The results of the study. One of the priority results of the study is the analysis of the problems of reproduction of scientific and pedagogical personnel in the university from the point of view of polyparadigm through theoretical concepts of education from the sociological perspective of scientific works of leading scientists.   Prospects of the study is an in-depth analysis of the forms and problems of reproduction of scientific and pedagogical personnel of a university, as well as their role in the development of society, which allows us to identify the necessary directions in solving the problem. The problems of reproduction of scientific and pedagogical personnel in universities are currently insufficiently studied and are interdisciplinary in nature, and therefore the management of these processes must be approached comprehensively, from the point of view of not only education, but also sociology, philosophy, pedagogy, history, economics, etc.
