Abstract
Objective of the study is to investigate the stages of transformation of expert and analytical communities in Russia and their degree of influence on political processes. The study is aimed at identifying the key factors of influence on the formation of the political agenda and decision-making by expert and analytical communities.
Methodological basis of the study. The study is based on an interdisciplinary approach, which includes an analysis of political, sociological and historical aspects of transformation. Methods of system and comparative analysis are also used to study the stages of transformation of the activities of expert and analytical communities in Russia.
Results of the study are presented in conclusion made on the basis of the analysis of the role of expert and analytical communities in Russia. Recommendations for government agencies to strengthen interaction with expert and analytical communities to improve the quality of political decisions and form a public agenda based on historical experience are considered.
Prospects of the study are related to the analysis of the transformation of the activities of expert and analytical communities and their influence on political processes in Russia.
