Abstract

Objective of the study is to analyze human consumer thinking within the civilizational framework, the theories of the consequences of the global spread of this type of thinking in the society are considered. Methodological basis of the study:  analysis and generalization of the sources on the topic, together with a philosophical analysis of the material. It allows us to substantiate the relationship between the cultural and media system and the process of formation of human identity in conditions of modern relationships in the society. The method of intuitive understanding allows us to form a subjective-objective perception of the analyzed material. It creates the circumstances for formulating higher-quality research conclusions through the prism of reflection. Results of the study. The interaction of the spaces of civilization and culture occurs only through a man, due to his ability to think, and therefore to exist. It creates the conditions when the mental and spiritual aspects of being also acquire various forms of existence. Without man, the mental and spiritual aspects of being are not identified, and therefore do not exist. The role of man in the development of all forms of spaces in the world is enormous. It confirms the theory of the infinity and continuity of the processes of identity formation. Since this process is oriented towards the subjective and personal aspects of perception and interpretation of man, the emergence of conflicts in its structures’ interaction is a natural process in the society. Conflicts have acquired a colossal influence on all of humanity due to the global development of the society. It leads to the development of destructive factors within the society and the formation of models of evil in the constant process of being. We highlight the cultural and mediation system as a fundamental conductor between the civilizational and cultural values of man in order to make positive stabilization of human life. In this perspective, the collaboration of the legal system with the cultural one will allow to conduct more reasonable assessment of both the external processes of existence in society and the internal personal decision-making processes. At the current stage of development of the society, this approach is most effective from the point of view of the subject-objective assessment of human life in the society. Prospects of the study open up new possibilities for formulating rules according to which the optimal process of formation personal identity can proceed at the current stage of the development of the society. Moreover it can become the basis for development a strategy for improving this process within the framework of forecasting the future type of human evolution.
