Abstract

This article discusses the characteristics of the domestic jurisprudence, analyzes the root causes and manifestations of the crisis of modern jurisprudence. The author suggests ways of overcoming the stagnation in the jurisprudence based on the improvement of philosophical and methodological approaches to the analysis of state-legal phenomena and to develop a common state-legal doctrine.
