Abstract

The article deals with the cognitive anal­ysis of such a new disciplinary area as elitology. The article reveals its main cognitive levels: philosophical and para­digmatic, doctrinal, applied. It discusses a new aspect for post neoclassical meth­odology - experiential one. The article illustrates the main findings of elitological studies, which were achieved within Rostov scientific School of elitology as a result of theoretical and empirical studies (including panel meas­urements) during the last twenty years.
