Abstract

The article is devoted to the outstanding Soviet Dagestan philosopher AG Agayev. The contribution of the scientist in the theory of nations, marked its limited scientific approaches of Marxist methodology. Reveals its scientific organizational activity as a leader of the school of philosophy in Dagestan II-nd half of XX century and communication with the Rostov scientists. Through the personality AG Agayev shows how contradictory intellectual life of Dagestani society in the Soviet period, and its significance for the present stage of the development of philosophy.
