Abstract
The article is devoted to the very topical subject of modern social sciences and the humanities and is associated with problems of deviant behavior. The article concludes that the person is the subject, and culture, and the consumer of cultural goods; that existing types of deviance related to the problem of choice and responsibility in the culture and are classified according to the criterion of the relationship to the core of culture and the nature of cultural change.
