Abstract

This paper presents aspecific methodological construct of study of emerging Russian national innovation system based on the universal sociological theory of Luhmann as a theory of communication, adequate in information age and has incorporated a number of sociological approaches in shot form that consists of a clear concept of society, society programming, revolution in consciousness caused by the latest information and communication technology, converged technology and science, the concept of intangible capital and creative intellectual environment.
