Abstract
The article raises the issue of conflict in the health sector. The notion of mediation. A classification of the post-conflict realities of incorrectly resolve the conflict. The feasibility of the introduction of the practice of mediation procedures in health care. The author provides examples of international experience in the application of the mediation procedure. A form of organization that can effectively implement, develop and popularize mediation procedure in the field of health is proposed.
