Singularity is a super compression, super attraction, going to the infinity. It is an abstract model, intractable to practical verification, however, in philosophical, mathematical and physical studies a number of models, theoretical algorithms that allow to develop clearly and convincingly the research programs on the problems of singularity is created. Energy is the fundamental basis of existence of all elements of life. These elements have the characteristics, dimensions, rhythms and can be measured. The results of measurements are embodied in code systems which establish the information matrix. In this regard the value of cultural singularity is in the contents, sense of those power opportunities which are measured and coded.
