Abstract

In the period of modernization of the higher education system the state of corporate culture of universities is highly problematic. On the basis of the values governing the work of the University, the author distinguishes the main models of corporate culture – traditional, innovative and functional, currently prevailing in Russian universities. The article focuses on the fact that the existance of different models of corporate culture in the framework of one institution contributes to the development of the conflict between them, and hinders sustainable development.
