Abstract
The aim of the article is to identify the institutional parameters of social management influence on the economic development. The author of the article defines the criteria of functionality of social management in economic development on the basis of the mechanism of organizational and structural standards to improve the vector of influence in the context of the economic development model restructuring to the actualization of social orientation.
