Abstract

The article is devoted to relevant socio-humanitarian problem of research of transformation of social and cultural space of modernity, identifying the causes of changes of value-normative system, occurred in the period of modernization and determinated the postmodern situation. Modern society is considered as self-contradictory phenomenon, formed with the influence of different cultural intentions, united by common idea of "emancipation" from social and cultural determinants, imposed on the individual by traditional society.
