Abstract
The article substantiates the hypothesis that the increased quality of information and communication has become an essential component of human society, transforming it in the digital world, creating cyberspace. Computerization of all spheres of social relations and social ties leads not only to global information metamorphosis in public sphere, but also to transformation of the very nature of human.
