Abstract
This article analyzes the features of corporatism in Russian society in the context of various approaches to the study of the problem. It is noted that corporatism of administrative management subjects is dependent on organizational (internal) norms and rules, and is related to personnel selection, adaptation to the conditions of administrative management. The author comes to the conclusion that the position of the special estate is being formed and in order to achieve significant results one must proceed from the understanding of structural and functional indicators of administrative management.
