Abstract

The purpose of the article is to study the influence of the value policy on the national policy in Russian regions (on the example of the South of Russia). Considering the possibilities of value policy actualization. It is emphasized that in the current conditions, value policy can give momentum to the harmonization of interethnic relations. It can involve the institutional actors who are still observers in the national policy in the framework of the discussion of common and ethnic values. It is concluded that value policy determines the vector of national policy regionalization, as it influences the degree of its decentralization and raises the competence of regions within the framework of interaction with the federal center. Finally it actualizes the process of social and cultural integration, which is necessary within the framework of securing the all-Russian identity.
