Abstract
The article analyzes the specificity of the gender issue solution. The author uses the concept “modes of social time” and analyzes the changes in social system and gender relations in three states of time: the mode of the past, the present and the future. This methodology determines the raising of the question in the article: from the female question to a new gender order.
