Abstract
The article contains the analysis of social effectiveness of state social support as an important tool of influence on the youth. Based on the discussion of theoretical and empirical material, the author comes to the conclusion that on the objective parameters in modern conditions in the moods of the subjects of state social support, a rapprochement and, to some extent, an integration of state social support for youth and state youth policy can be noticed. In the context of the growth of social efficiency, state social support for young people is not only an addition to the state youth policy but also forms its new socio-centrist format.
