Abstract

The article attempts to conceptualize, the concept "value-cultural matrix" as a theoret­ical construct which links axiology, social ethics, cultural, legal, educational, family traditions and state legislation into a single system. In the broadest value-cultural matrix can be understood as a generally accepted tradition of the existence of a particular so­ciety in a specific period of time, fixed or not prohibited in the legislation of the state. The value-cultural matrix is analyzed as a social reality, the components of value and cultural matrixes are examined; the diversity of value and cultural matrices is described.
