The Formation of Fundamental Philosophy of Multipolarity

Abstract

In the article the author develops the idea of humanitarian crisis study published in this magazine in 2014 № 2 and № 3. The fundamental philosophy of multipolarity, based on dialectical trialectical methodology as a new communication matrix "height of time" includes: 1) the philosophy of the pole fractality substantiating thr noospherogenesis fractal structure; 2) the practical communication control philosophy, studies the formation of a multipolar superattractor world (time language, language by weight and language authority); 3) the political theory of Russian Eurasianism and Russian civilization, against which the hybrid war is conducted by russophobes of Ukrainian and American power brokers. According to the philosophy of multi-polarity, Russia has the opportunity to become a leader in the process of mankind's transition from a bipolar to a multipolar world, and enter into its core (in the big triangle: Russia – China – US), if will take the leading positions in key triangles (BRICS, EAEC), and will actively counteract hybrid warfare, especially in the border triangle. It determines the future of Russia, which mission is the responsibility of the future of mankind, its compliance with the requirements of the evolution of nature.
