Abstract

The process of formation of the civil nation is of great importance for modern Russia, in which there are turbulent modernization processes associated with crisis phenomena in the development of the economy, social and political spheres. In these conditions, it is important to achieve domestic unity in the internal policy of the country, improve interethnic relations, understanding of the common present and the future of the people, minimize social stratification, tension, create a situation for the formation of citizenship, the all-Russian identity. In this context, it is necessary to achieve ethnic and national solidarity of all peoples on the basis of a phased formation of local, local and all-Russian forms of identity, which lays the foundation for lasting national unity.
