Abstract

The article is devoted to the issues of improving the management of labor resources in the local community. The parameters of human resource potential of the local community (demographic, economic, social) are considered. Special attention is paid to the problem of providing the balance of workplaces and labor resources. The authors conclude that the formation of the elasticity of labor supply in local communities is nesessary.
