Abstract

The article considers knowledge as a dynamic, self-developing process, which is a special object of modern management.The speed of development of an organization/region is determined by the rate of acquisition of new competencies corresponding to the world level. Nowadays, timely response to intellectual, innovative standards is a matter of survival.
