Archaization of Legal Behavior as a Subject of Theoretical Reflection

Abstract

In the presented article the categorization of an archaization of legal behavior in foreign and domestic sociological thought is considered. The author of article draws a conclusion that in studying of an archaization of legal behavior approaches, and a structural and activity paradigm of nonclassical sociology are characterised as classical (structural and functionalistic and institutional). For the author of article definition of an archaization of legal behavior as replacements of precepts of law unlawful, based on forms of collective (archaic) experience at formal observance of precepts of law is significant.
