Abstract

In the presented article the question of influence of archaic identity as self-determination, understanding of belonging to local group with archaic examples of behavior, stereotypes, a way of life on legal behavior of Russians is considered. The conclusion that archaic identity fixes installation on selective application of precepts of law is drawn and promotes formation of particular orders at the level of regulation of the private sphere.
