Abstract
The article puts forward the thesis on the mutual influence and integration of the state family and cultural policy in the context of developing tools for the development of society and the state, harmonizing intergenerational ties, strengthening and enriching the value core of the national culture. Within the framework of the article, prospective directions of state family and cultural policy were studied; the results of the study of the familial position of young people were analyzed. The authors concluded that it is necessary to deepen interactions between the state and society in the framework of strengthening the family institution, and suggested that it would be expedient to introduce family-oriented disciplines.The results of the monitoring of the family-oriented position indicate the formation of the axiological field and ideological matrix among the students.Ensuring the effectiveness of the interaction of cultural and family policies is not possible without increased cooperation of government agencies, public institutions and business.The experience of educational activities carried out on the basis of the Chekhov Taganrog Institute (branch) of Rostov State University of Economics (RINH) is presented as an example of combining the cultural component and family-oriented content.The process of cultural enlightenment should be implemented using consensus technologies, tolerant dialogue forms of interaction, relevant to the current regulatory framework and the needs of society.
