Abstract

The article presents the main problems considered at the VII International Scientific and Practical Conference “Multipolar globalization and Russia” held in May 2018 in Southern Federal University. The authors explain the reasons for the contradictory in modern world development − the reversal of globalization from the unipolar model to the multipolar one, the formation of several economic and political centers. Particular attention is paid to the development strategy of Russia, taking into account modern mechanisms and factors for the economic growth, the processes of reindustrialization and modernization. The article also presents the proposals to improve the efficiency of social and economic policy in Russia.
