Abstract
Представленная статья преследует целью формирование теоретико-методологического конструкта исследования опорного вуза в региональном пространстве российского общества, так как речь идет об актуальной концептуальной и социально-прикладной проблеме. Опорный вуз не является, по мнению автора статьи, очередным административным экспериментом по оптимизации высшего образования, а связан с включением региональных вузов в социокультурную модернизацию российских регионов. Автор статьи, основываясь на оценке действующих в социологическом знании концептов вузовского образования, полагает, что при анализе опорного вуза следует расширить границы социологического измерения с функциональных параметров до критериев социальной эффективности вуза, понимаемых как соотнесение результатов деятельности с социальной резонансностью, разработкой проектов и программ, направленных на достижение статуса опорного вуза как субъекта социокультурной модернизации региона.
