Abstract
The article describes the results of a pilot study of the tactics of social behavior of South Russian youth in a situation of dissatisfaction with the actions of the government. The choice of the problem is due to the fall in the ratings of the President and the government, which indicates an increase in social discontent and hypothetically can lead to socio-political destabilization. Ideological positions and behavioral readiness of young people as the most politically active part of society are of great importance for the development of the situation. In the course of the study, the method of sociological survey revealed several trends that reproduce the results of other studies: among young Russians there is a high level of socio-economic and socio-political frustration, the tendency to see the President of the country as a Superman, the personification of popular discontent with the actions of the state apparatus, the expectation of financial support from the state and the imposition on the government of all responsibility for the unworthy level of economic development. At the same time, a number of aspects of respondents' social behavior tactics in the political sphere were identified, which due to the unrepresentative nature of the sample can not be extrapolated to the General population, but can serve as a basis for setting the objectives of the following research in this area. These include: gullibility in matters of criticism of public authority; skepticism about the hypotheses of foreign interference; high percentage are willing to join the protest and preference avoidance tactics of the other respondents; a high degree of awareness of the usefulness of legal ways to fight for their own rights and low willingness to implement relevant social practices.
