Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of self-realization of students in the activities of intra-small innovative enterprises as a factor of their social well-being. The urgency of the development of small innovative enterprises on the basis of modern universities is noted, the problems of their existence are revealed, as well as their role in the formation of competitive and motivated professionals.
