Abstract

The article discusses the role of intra-ethnic trust in the consolidation of national-cultural communities of the Rostov region. The objects of trust are ethnic leaders of formal and informal institutions of indigenous and diaspora peoples of the region, as well as the respective associations themselves. Based on the data of an empirical study, it is concluded that the level of trust on the part of the target group is determined by the ability of the organization and / or its leader to protect group interests at the level of state and municipal authorities.
