Abstract
The article explores historical memory as a subject of scientific discourse. The historical memory is analyzed as a resource of the socio-investment development of the region, a methodological model for studying the corresponding problems is being developed. The specificity of the system for managing social and investment projects in the region is shown. The place and role of historical memory in the system of managing social and investment projects in the region is justified.
