Abstract

The life projects of young people began to increasingly fall into the focus of sociological attention, and this is not surprising for a number of reasons. Firstly, the way the youth project their life, in many respects, depends on the life world of society in the future, and, secondly, in modern reality, life projects have ceased to be linear and predictable in nature, as the life design system itself has significantly transformed, obeying the logic of a dynamically changing information world. This article analyzes the life projects of Russian youth from the point of view of the impact of sport and the resource potential of global networking on them. The study concludes that sport is not a part of the life priorities of youth, and participation in sports is limited by the presence of social barriers and obstacles. The author sees a partial solution to this problem in the use of global network resources.
