Abstract
The results of sociological research used in this article, first of all, obtained by teams of sociological scientists under the leadership of academician M.K. Gorshkov, made it possible to open up new facets in understanding the role of interaction between state institutions and civil society in creating conditions for the formation of environmental behavior of Russian youth.
