Abstract
Objective of the study is the gender aspect of social and investment development in the region as a modal socio-territorial cultural structure of Russian society.
The methodological basis of the research is based on the integration of the principles of interdisciplinary social and humanitarian research and the intentions of system analysis, which allows integrating the capabilities of analytics in various aspects of social and investment activities.
Research results. It is concluded that the socio-investment development of the region is the most optimal construct in ensuring the strategy of stability and prospects of the regional society. Firstly, it is noted that there is a need to eliminate imbalances in gender relations as a basic condition for social and investment development in the region. Secondly, it is noted that doubts about the methods and goals of social and investment development are reduced if the gender aspect of social and investment development is determined in real indicators of equality of men and women in access to social and investment resources.
Prospects of the study are to further comprehend the ways and mechanisms of the development of the socio-investment model of regional management in modern Russian conditions.
