Abstract
Objective of the study: to analyze the features and problems of interaction of subjects of social and investment activities of regional management in Russia from the standpoint of expert opinion.
The methodological basis of the research: includes the results of author's sociological research conducted by the method of expert survey among representatives of regional government bodies and business enterprises of the Rostov region in 2019-2020.
Research results allowed to the conclusion that effective social and investment activity at the level of regional governance in Russia is hindered by the lack of a mechanism for implementing this activity, which involves more effective functioning and interaction of key subjects of regional governance – regional authorities, the education system and business. The level of integration of the interests and resources of the designated subjects, as the study showed, is low, which does not contribute to achieving the key goal of regional governance − improving the level of human development of the region.
Prospects of the study are related to the identification of conditions, factors and resources for the development of the socio-investment model of regional management in the context of the need to maximize the human potential in innovative regional development.
