Abstract

Objective of the study is: to consider the value policy pursued by the Russian state, aimed at constructing successful adaptation and integration processes in Russian society. The methodological basis of the study. Theoretical and methodological foundations of the study of the state value policy as a guarantee of successful adaptation and civic integration in Russian society consist of the following conceptual provisions: cultural-civilizational paradigm and normative-value concept, axiological approach and communicative concept. The results of the study. The ways of adaptation and integration into Russian society consist in the formation of state policy with a single value-legal field, the creation and implementation of national projects that help the population overcome challenges and threats, as well as the construction of an integral general cultural space by creating a single educational and cultural-information field. These mechanisms allow the Russian population to form new practices and technologies for interacting with uncertainty.   The prospects of the research relate to the formation of the value policy of the state, aimed at finding new ways of successful adaptation and civil integration in Russian society.
