On the Problem of Politicians’ Image in the Public Consciousness (Measurements from 1999–2016). Part 2

The second part of the article positions the layers presented in the previous section in a certain social context. This context includes the level of wealth, activity in the political and leisure spheres, the total birth rate, family, innovation, civic orientations and evaluation of the effectiveness of the various levels of power management. The positioning follows the General pattern of deviations in the mass consciousness of the distance between the pairs of state and political figures on the diachronic and synchronic rows. Euclidean distance in pairs allows to make a topographic map of the surface of different sectors of the field of mass consciousness, correlated with the position in this field of the power subsystem. This makes it possible to develop a tool that parries the negative manifestations of those historically outlived their positive content of the transformed forms of consciousness, developed in relation to the past circumstances of life, which interfere with the optimal decision –making and political movement, based on an adequate reflection of social reality.
