Abstract

The special military operation continues to initiate changes in Russian society. In particular, civil society is also changing. Instead of following the traditional dichotomy between acceptance and resistance, it has chosen a third way – «support», «cover» and «compensation» for mistakes and omissions of the government, fully contributing to the goals of special military operation. Representatives of civil initiatives and movements see their role in creating a broad public support to achieve overall ultimate success. Given this, the state should pay maximum attention to the ongoing processes and take initiative to manage them. The aim of the article is to expand the range of views on how to include civil society in the work on the military organization of the state. The research method chosen is the analysis of the socio-organizational determinants of the civil-military coordination efforts to ensure the most effective military security of the state. The result is justification for the rationality of including concerned representatives of civil society, who are competent enough to be called experts, in a variety of work to ensure the functioning of the military organization of the state.
