Abstract

The new agreement between Russia and the DPRK opens up opportunities that we have been paying attention to for many years. The relationship between our countries is not a matter of political expediency, but a historical choice of our peoples. Therefore, the priority of our cooperation is mutual assistance, rather than the pursuit of immediate benefits.
