Abstract
The development of political management in post-Soviet Russia is analyzes in the article. This process was difficult and inconsistent. Its formation went through several main directions and was realized with different speed and had some problems. The author considers that full political management is an attribute of democratically developed state. Under the authoritarian and totalitarian regimes, political management prospers, so this is the reason why the political management in modern Russia is still in the process of formation. Four possible alternatives of development of the Russian political management are defined in the article.
