Abstract
The article discusses the rationality as a scientific and social basis of the action. The author tries to demonstrate the process of the development of social and scientific systems as a condition of the approval of rationality in the description language of the social sciences. The author also emphasizes the interdependence and interaction of processes of social rationalization and changing standards of scientific rationality.
