Abstract
The article describes the negative processes and phenomena that threaten the economic, social and political security of Russia. The problem of migration is one of them and is declared at the official state level. The article reveals the structural components of the category of identity in order to make the analysis of the problems caused by the relations between the Russian population of Moscow with the migrants.
