Abstract

The article considers the modern method of assessment of professional and personal leader's qualities in big companies. Rating characteristics, which reflect the business and personal characteristics of leaders have a significant impact on the quality of the working life of the employees. The positioning of the organization’s leader into the social space allows determining his relation to other employees and their attitude to him. The improving of the leader's labour quality increases the employees’ labour quality and in such a way positively improves their common working life.
