Abstract
This article is devoted to the transformation strategy of the national policy in the context of globalization. The qualitative changes in the balance of national and transnational occur in the modern world. The loss of the leading role of national ownership in the process of weakening the authority of the national sovereign State is discussed. The analysis of characteristic features of national policy of the leading world powers allows to identify the degree of viability of the concept of a multicultural society.
